Accord Services is led by Tyrone Neely, a career professional within the financial industry, having served in international banks and trust companies, a major accounting firm, and the principal regulator. His experience, skillset and certifications are uniquely diverse, including operational controls, financial accounting and auditing, trust administration, information technology and regulatory supervision.

Prior to consulting to industry since 2010, Tyrone has served as:

- Examiner with The Central Bank of The Bahamas, assessing enterprise risks and the effectiveness of related controls (within banks and trust companies), reporting on findings and advising on corrective measures, to the board of directors
- Operations Manager for major Swiss trust company, reporting to the group on financial performance and connected results, providing support through technology application systems for the trust platform
- Senior management consultant at big four accounting firm, attending to public and private enterprises, performing systems and accounting automation, financial audits and technology reviews
- Data Centre manager at international trust company, responsible for programming and operation
