Accord Ready is the Training solution offered by Accord Services – simply put, we help prepare (‘ready’) you to be in compliance (’accord’), and to meet the regulatory requirement for annual training. Our training is concise, yet comprehensive, and may be completed within a few hours – it is available online for access at any time and can be used continually as a reference tool.

Why Training?

The regulations require annual training for all companies and staff licenced within the Bahamas under a financial services regulator. We submit that when a company incorporates a vibrant training program, a culture of compliance is enhanced and staff are better equipped to manage the risks of financial crime;  risks which can damage reputation and financial performance.

How does the online training work?
The first step is for your company to become a subscriber to the Accord Ready environment. Please contact us today for more details on getting started.
After your account has been created, we:
1. Designate an administrator from within your organization
2. Register individual employees and assign unique access credentials
3. Provide the administrator with the credentials list
Users (employees) are then able to login, and complete the training online
1. Login to www accordready . com/<your company name>
2. View the video(s) and complete any required reading (narrative file)
3. Complete an assessment quiz
4. Earn a Certificate of Completion
